This limited edition Gamecube has been made to commemorate the Japanese release of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. This game marks Metal Gear's return to a Nintendo consolde, completing the full circle started when the first Metal Gear was released for the Famicom (the Japanese NES) in 1988. The system comes packaged with the Japanese version of Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. Appropriately enough, the original 8-bit adventure that started it all is also included in this set. Metal Gear 1 has been fully emulated onto a bonus disk which also contains some bonus footage regarding the history of the series. Also included is a 44 art book featuring background info and amazing concept art from the Metal Gear series.
